Senior Performance Marketing Specialist reports to the Head of Digital Marketing in order to ensure all paid strategies and tactics are executed by the team successfully, within the given timeframe. He/She is responsible for the Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Price Comparison Sites campaigns and the delivery of all KPIs.

Your Mission:

  • Work closely & reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, helping to drive best-in-class paid channels expertise within performance marketing team
  • Prioritize tasks across multiple marketing and company initiatives (promos, product launches, activations etc)
  • Supervise a team of specialists in order to execute successfully and on time all paid ad campaigns across search, display, YouTube, affiliates and price comparison sites
  • Oversees all aspects of campaigns from concept through execution and reporting, with attention to quality and detail
  • Responsibilities include media planning (Google Ads, Affiliate Network, Price Comparison Sites), campaigns’ implementation using the best and latest platform practices
  • Ensuring successful campaigns bidding strategies/ tactics and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s
  • Overview campaign optimization across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting platforms and analyzing data to further optimize campaigns
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
  • Try different channels, tactics, and formats to achieve results
  • Responsible for ensuring that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the unit's allocated budget
  • Responsible for invoicing all platforms on a monthly basis

Your Armory:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing, managing large-scale, acquisition focused campaigns in retail sector
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, price comparison sites, paid social channels will be considered an asset
  • Proven track record of improving ROI from paid campaigns
  • Proficient project management and time management skills required
  • Committed to quality and efficiency
  • Excellent Analytical Skills required
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident using multiple reporting platforms (Google Data Studio, Supermetrics) and Microsoft tools
  • Self-motivated, passionate & detail-oriented professional who excels working within a team and embraces cross-department collaboration
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Fulfilled military service (for men)
