Our Business Consultant will help our clients reshape their operations and support their business by providing intuitive guidance.

A successful Business Consultant has a broad knowledge of the many aspects of business and market forces. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency. The goal is to contribute to the long-term success of clients so that our reputation and clientele grow.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assigned business plans on behalf of clients, based on the client’s business goals
• Perform organic competitor analysis to discover content gaps and opportunities to optimize digital strategy
• Meet assigned clients when needed and make an initial assessment of a challenging situation
• Gather information about the client's business by various methods (through observation, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.)
• Formulate recommendations and solutions, paying attention to the client's wishes, capabilities, and constraints, for the preparation of short reports
• Assist the client in implementing the plan
• Provide guidance on commercial objectives and needs
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Conceive creative marketing ideas/campaigns and copyrighting that help meet the marketing plan’s goals
• Collaborate closely with PPC, Creative, and Social Μedia Management teams in the creation and timely distribution of marketing efforts
• Monitor traffic for multiple initiatives with the ability to analyze success and failure
• Achieve key performance targets, develop, and evangelize new programs, capabilities, and technologies.

Requirements

• BSc/BA degree in Business Administration or related field, MSc/MA in a specialized business field
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or equivalent
• Equivalent work 4-5 years’ experience in a digital agency
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written & spoken
• Analytical thinking with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation, and problem-solving skills
