Generation Y - International eBusiness hub, is eagerly seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to join our team in our offices at Athens.

As our Customer Experience Assistant, you will provide potential and existing customers with exceptional services. You will identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
  • Collaborating with IT developers, production and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone and email
  • Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
  • Manage client expectations and requirements
  • Find new opportunities within existing clients & up selling Generation Y services and products

Customer Experience Specialist Requirements:

  • University or College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years’ experience as Sales / Customer Experience within a digital agency will be considered an asset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
