You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, while offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Empathy, patience and a great communicator, with a problem-solving attitude, are the assets that will drive you to success!

As an English Customer Support Agent, you will need to:

  • Deliver high quality support: provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native / near-native level of English
  • Tech savvy, curious about new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
  • Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage
