Spanish Customer Support - Hospitality Services

As a Spanish Customer Support – Hospitality services, you'll ensure that the organization is meeting the customer's requirements on a day to day basis. You are the Customer support who will take the lead in providing the best possible customer service experience while keeping the company's business needs in perspective. Turn your passion for hospitality into action in customer service helping people find great places to stay and creating unique experiences.

On a typical day, you’ll

  • Management of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

Language skills:

  • Near native level of Spanish
  • Advanced level of English

Skills:

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
