On behalf of our client, we are hiring German speakers - B2B Sales Executives for a well known British Oil Company.

As a German sales Executive, a typical day might include:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into SME (Small & Medium Size Enterprises)
  • Present the company / Aral fuel cards and fleet solutions to the decision makers of the SME prospects via phone or other sensible channels
  • Provide additional detailed information about products and services to customers
  • Gather key data of the contacted prospects
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts for fueling cards
  • Manage the contract with the customer before handing it over to Customer Service Center and back office

Requirements

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2) both verbal and written
  • Solid experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent in English language (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and highly organized with a self-starter attitude
  • A positive approach, self-motivated with a desire to succeed and achieve targets
